About RoboThink Aviation Engineering Term 2026

This term, students step into the world of aviation engineering through a hands-on RoboThink programme designed to challenge how they build, test and think.
From helicopters and Wright Brothers-inspired flyers to drones, turbo-prop aircraft, paper plane launchers, slingshots and sensor-based A-IR planes, students will explore the science behind flight while engineering their own working models.
Each session pushes them beyond simple building: they will investigate propellers, thrust, lift, energy transfer, gear systems, motors, chassis design, sensors, teamwork and performance testing. Through mission-based challenges, races, design upgrades and creative rebuilds, students will learn how real engineers solve problems — by experimenting, failing fast, improving designs and thinking strategically. This is not just a robotics course. It is an aviation engineering challenge for students ready to design, compete, innovate and train their minds for the future of technology.
