Our sessions provide the perfect introduction to sport and healthy living, helping children develop confidence, coordination and a love of being active. While physical development is at the heart of every session, activities are carefully designed to support early maths, literacy and science through fun, play-based learning.
Our aim is to create a safe, engaging environment where every child feels confident to explore, develop new skills and build the foundations for school life and beyond. Throughout the year, children will experience a wide range of exciting topics, including football, rugby, cricket, ball skills, dance and multi-sports, ensuring every session is varied, enjoyable and developmentally appropriate.
