About Head Start Coaching
Head Start Coaching is a family-run sports coaching company specialising in fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate sports programmes for Early Years children.
Founded by qualified teachers and coaching professionals Liam and Holly, Head Start was created from a shared passion for helping young children build confidence, develop key physical skills and discover a love of being active. Today, the programme is led by Holly, whose extensive Early Years experience ensures every session is carefully designed to support children's physical, social and emotional development through play.
Our philosophy is simple: to create a fun, friendly and nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow and thrive. All of our sessions are designed by qualified P.E. teachers, sports coaching specialists and Early Years professionals, giving parents complete confidence that their child is receiving high-quality coaching tailored to their stage of development.
For over a decade, we have been helping children take their first steps into sport, creating positive experiences that build skills, confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity.
