We are focused on helping all children fall in love with sport, increasing the likelihood of lifelong participation as it has so many benefits! We help children technically develop and gain greater confidence too!
In our Judo Sessions we work to a set syllabus that is developed in conjunction with the latest coaching theory to ensure the progress for your child. Our syllabus covers all aspects of the grading system as children progress from Sho to Mon awards.
We include everyones favourite, fun games whilst teaching self defence techniques and then manipulating this into a Judo contest environment where children can put their new skills to the test. We look to build discipline, and respect whilst teaching the fundamentals of Judo to all those who participate!

What you need to bring
Your child will need loose-fitting sportswear and a drink.
What we provide
We supply a fun, nurturing and safe environment for your child to thrive. When your child joins there will be a one-off membership charge of £30 to cover the first years insurance and their judo suit.
