About Hypnobirthing Group Course
All ages
Our group hypnobirthing course is kept small and intimate with a maximum of 2 couples. Our small group sizes, enables you to get the most out of your course and allows me to tailor the content to the group's needs. The course is split across 2 weekend days 10am - 3pm, you must be able to attend both days.

What you need to bring
Please bring anything that makes you feel more comfortable. Some people like to bring slippers to keep cosy!
What we provide
I shall supply a mixture of seating, yoga mats, a cushion and a blanket so you can choose where you feel most comfortable. Refreshments and lunch will also be provided on the day.
