Join us for a soothing, seated, and relaxed sound bath—an opportunity for families to experience the therapeutic power of sound and meditation together.
💛 A calm, welcoming space for all ages
💛 Enjoy deep relaxation through live soundscapes
💛 While we encourage a quiet and gentle atmosphere, we understand that children may need to move occasionally
💛 We provide colouring pages & crayons—feel free to bring a favourite soft toy or art supplies
💛Older children will have an opportunity to explore musical instruments at the end of the session (under the supervision the the grown-ups)
