UFA has been a proud external professional partner to ORFC for a number of years, offering a wide range of professional support including player recruitment, manager mentoring, team training and guidance with football development strategies.UFA will be powering the Mini&nbsp;Kicker&nbsp;programme for the 2026/27 season, allowing children to have access to additional opportunities through the season. It has been recognised by the FA that the 4 to 7 age bracket are the 'golden years' for children to learn. This is where a coach can have a stronger influence and positive impact with children, helping technique, develop confidence, help improve movement&nbsp;literacy and coordination skills.
