About Birthday Party at Escot Forest Site

Our woodland birthday parties are outdoor sessions designed for children and young people from toddlers to teenagers. Parties last approximately 2.5 hours and include instructor-led woodland activities and games.
Please note:
• Parties take place outdoors in almost all weather conditions (except in high winds)
• Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear are essential
• Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising children attending the party
• Composting toilet facilities are available on site - no disabled access
• Food, birthday cake, plates and refreshments are not provided and should be supplied by the party organiser
• Standard party bookings are for up to 20 children. Please contact us before booking larger groups
A £50 deposit secures your booking. Remaining payment arrangements will be confirmed separately by our Coordinator following booking.
After booking, you will receive further joining information including arrival details, what to bring and final arrangements.

Things to know
What you need to bring
Parents supply the sausages, bread rolls, birthday cake, napkins and any condiments required. Attendees must be wearing suitable clothing for being in the woods.
What we provide
We supply hot chocolate, marshmallows and real coffee and tea for the adults.
