We are teaming up to bring you 45 minutes of baby yoga + 45 minutes to chat, play and explore the gorgeous Cub Play Cafe.
Baby yoga includes mindfulness practises for grown ups, over clothes massage, baby yoga stretches and movements, singing songs, sensory exploration and relaxation.
Baby yoga promotes body awareness, can help babies sleep longer, digest better, it improves motor skills and coordination and aids brain development + many more wonderful benefits to aid babies development and improve overall wellbeing for parent and baby.
Cub is a beautiful Montessori and loose parts play cafe that has been carefully designed by an early years professional and offers a selection of delicious local food and Tynemouth Coffee.
