About Inter Ballet (Grade 3)
11 - 13yrs
Our Inters Ballet classes for ages 11–14 are designed to refine classical technique while developing confident, expressive performers.
Students build on their foundational knowledge through more advanced barre work, centre practice, turns, jumps, and strengthening exercises, with a strong focus on alignment, control, and artistry.
As technique progresses, dancers also work on performance quality, musicality, and stage presence, preparing them for showcases and examinations where appropriate.
Dancers at the age also have the opportunity to work towards Pointe Shoes through pre-pointe strength and conditioning work.
