About Acro Gold
12 - 18yrs
Our Acro Gold class is designed for dancers developing their acrobatic skills at an intermediate to advanced level, with progression based on both ability and age. In this class, students work on a combination of tumbling and contortion skills, building strength, flexibility, balance, and control in a safe and supportive environment. As our acro classes are carefully grouped by skill level, we kindly ask that you email us before booking so we can ensure your child is placed in the most suitable class. All of our teachers are fully qualified with AcroTrix, ensuring high-quality, structured training and safe progression for every student.
