About Starz Acro Dance®️ - Mixed Abilities

Starz Acro combines the strength and athleticism of acrobatics with the creativity of dance. Perfect for children who love learning new skills, this exciting class develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Following the Starz Acro progression programme, dancers work through structured skill levels and celebrate achievements as they progress safely and confidently. Alongside tumbling skills, children explore choreography, partner work, and teamwork, helping them build communication skills and self-belief.
Whether your child is new to Acro or already loves practising tricks, Starz Acro provides a positive environment where they can challenge themselves, achieve goals, and have fun.
Uniform is not compulsory; comfortable clothing suitable for movement, stretching, and acrobatic skills is all that's required.
