About Nova Acrobatic Gymnastics - Recreational

SDA's recreational classes are designed for children aged 16 months and up. Our sessions offer a fantastic way for kids to stay active, learn exciting routines, and make new friends in a lively and enjoyable environment. Join as many classes as you wish, switch them each half term, and experience the joy of dance without any extra commitments. It’s all about having fun while keeping fit!
Our sessions combine elements of acrobatics, gymnastics and tumbling to create a fun, high-energy environment where children can grow in both skill and confidence.
We focus on progressing from the foundations with the ability to accommodate gymnasts of all levels – while also building:
Physical strength and control
Confidence
Teamwork
Clear communication
Led by experienced instructors, each class supports children to progress at their own pace, master new moves, and develop both physically and socially.

Things to know
What you need to bring
For your first class please wear something comfortable like shorts, tshirt and bare feet. Please tie long hair back and bring a water bottle
What we provide
Following your trial please visit our onsite shop to purchase uniform. Water is available to purchase if you forget a bottle
