Whether you’re brand new to ballet or have years of experience, our Adult Ballet class at Spotlight Dance Academy is the perfect place to find your rhythm. This mixed-level class is designed for dancers aged 18+ who want to learn, grow, and have fun in a friendly, supportive environment.
Our skilled instructors tailor each session so beginners can build solid foundations — clear lines, strength, and basic steps — while experienced ballerinas can refine technique, tackle more challenging strength training, and explore challenging combinations.
Every class blends technique, musicality, and creativity, so you’ll leave feeling energised, accomplished, and part of a vibrant dance community. At SDA, it’s not just about the steps — it’s about the joy of movement, the friendships you make, and the confidence you gain.

What you need to bring
Please bring ballet shoes, grippy socks or bare feet. Outfit is dancers choice. This course is not refundable. If you miss a week we are happy to add this onto the following course
