About Yoga and mindfulness for children 5-12y
5 - 12yrs
We provide fun enjoyable yoga sessions once per week through inclusive child-centred yoga classes which help to improve coordination, focus the mind, improve concentration as well as increase well-being. Our yoga classes for children are provided by an experienced and qualified yoga practitioner.
