About Adults aerial class - Mixed level
16 - 18yrs+
Our adults aerial class is open to everyone, from complete beginners to those with aerial experience. Each session includes a full warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and learning moves, techniques, and fun routines on both aerial hoop and aerial silks. It's a great way to build skill, confidence, and creativity.

What you need to bring
Wear clothing suitable for going upside down, we suggest covering legs and torso. Bring a water bottle. Grippy socks (If you cannot be bare foot) No jewellery (Studs only). hair tied back.
