Our weekly classes are tailored specifically for learning. They have participate in a warm-up game, cardio and strengthening to a viral song, lots of tumbling, and the chance to hang upside down, or learn skills with the manipulation equipment!

Clothes they can move in and t-shirts they can tuck in as we will be upside down lots! Recommended to wear long legs as we can get some discomfort on the backs of knees from the equipment! Water!
