About Mini Flippers (Gymnastics) Thursdays

This class is perfect for anyone looking to try gymnastics as we continue to revisit the basic foundations of gymnastics as well as building on them. In this class our gymnasts will begin learning more complex skills such as different roll variations, handstand into bridge, kick overs, one handed cartwheels, roundoff development, Y-stands and more advanced jumps.
We will also make use of our equipment to develop these skills. In this class we will focus on teamwork and building friendships when working on partner skills to allow our gymnasts to develop trusting relationships with their peers.
