About SFK Summer Camp - Judgemeadow HAF Programme

SFK Sport is delighted to be able to offer your child a FREE place at our Summer Activity Camp as part of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme. (HAF).
The programme is fully funded to eligible parents and exists to encouraging physical activity and healthier eating in the School Holidays by giving children access to activities and healthy meals.

Criteria
• Your child must be eligible for free school meals (based on low income).
• You must live in a CITY address for the Judgemeadow College
UNIVERSAL SCHOOL MEALS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE ALL SIGN UPS WILL BE CROSS CHECKED WITH THE COUNCIL AND PLACES WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED A CODE OR ARE ON THE COUNCIL DATABASE.
