Come and join our small and friendly class where you'll learn the magic of baby massage and yoga.
Stage 1 10.00-11.00 Suitable from birth-5 months
Stage 2 11.30-12.30 From 5 months - BUSY! (No lying down massage/yoga)
We have plenty of songs, rhymes and sensory magic to keep them engaged in stage 2.
Class is super relaxed, baby led, a safe space with zero judgement! We are all on this parenting journey together!
