About Stage 2 Baby Massage & Yoga, Llandeilo 1:45 - 2:45

This class is for older babies, from 4–5 months up to speedy crawlers, and is all about fun, connection, and discovery!
Each week we enjoy full-body baby massage, gentle yoga moves, nursery rhymes, and a new sensory activity to keep little ones curious and engaged.
Sensory fun could include puppets, scarves, parachutes, bubbles, mirrors, craft, or messy play—always hands-on and full of giggles.
Classes are small and cosy, with 15 minutes of massage and yoga, 15 minutes of sensory play, and 30 minutes for parents to relax, chat, and swap tips over a cuppa.
With a maximum of 10–12 babies, each session is friendly, safe, and supportive—perfect for bonding, exploring, and enjoying precious moments together.
