No previous yoga experience necessary, suitable from 13 weeks to post due date.
Time to bond with your baby, adapt physically & emotionally. - Prepare yourself for labour. - Encourage optimal position for baby. - Ease back ache & pelvic pain. - Develop strength, increase flexibility, circulation & balance. - Yoga with birthing ball. - Promote healthy posture and create space for your growing baby. - Breathing techniques & relaxation. Classes taught by Michelle - antenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and specialist maternity complimentary therapist, who has a background as 10 years as a community Midwife.
Can you please bring an anti-burst gym/birthing ball. The sized required is below. Please inflate the ball well and when sitting on it, your hips need to be slightly above your knees. Height 4’8’’ – 5’3’’ requires 55cm ball Height 5’4 – 6’0’’ requires 65cm ball Height.
