Recreational Gymnastics
Our Recreational Gymnastics classes are perfect for children who want to have fun, stay active, and learn gymnastics in a relaxed, positive environment. Gymnasts will be introduced to fundamental skills on all apparatus, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Classes are designed to encourage confidence, creativity, and a love of movement, with progressions tailored to each gymnast’s age and ability. Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or looking to build on existing skills, recreational gymnastics offers a supportive space to learn, grow, and enjoy the sport
