About Monday Squad Gymnastics - INVITE ONLY
5 - 16yrs
Our Squad Gymnastics class is a special, invite-only group for gymnasts who are ready for a little more challenge and structure in their training. This class is designed for athletes who show strong skills, a positive attitude, and a love for gymnastics.
Gymnasts will work on improving technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment. Coaches focus on helping each gymnast grow at their own pace while building teamwork, focus, and pride in their accomplishments. The Squad program is a great next step for gymnasts who are eager to learn, improve, and be part of a motivated team.
Placement is by coach invitation to ensure the best experience for every gymnast.
