Our Mini Gymnastics class is a fun, engaging introduction to movement for toddlers and preschoolers ages 1–4. Designed to support early physical development, this class focuses on basic gymnastics skills through age-appropriate activities such as climbing, rolling, jumping, balancing, and swinging.
With the help of upbeat music, colorful equipment, and imaginative play, children build strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, nurturing environment. Classes encourage listening skills, social interaction, and independence while allowing each child to progress at their own pace. Parent participation may be included for younger gymnasts.
Perfect for little ones who love to move, explore, and have fun!
