Our pre-school classes are suitable for children from around 3.5yrs. The groups are kept smaller than the younger stages - usually no more than 8 children and are slightly shorter in length.
A typical class develops specific musical skills and concepts including opportunities for solo singing and playing percussion - all through fun and games. Some basic music notation is also introduced through these games. Classes lay a solid foundation for future instrumental lessons, and help to prepare the children for their school days to come. The children have no idea they are doing anything but fun and play!
The level of involvement of parents/carers is completely down to the child and what is best of them. Parents / Carers usually start off classes being actively involved but will participate less as time goes on.
