Muddy MTB Senders Skills Session - Woodrow High House (Typically 10–12 yrs)
A fun, confidence-building mountain bike coaching session for young riders who enjoy riding off-road and are ready to develop their skills on the purpose-built MTB track at Woodrow High House.
What to expect:
🚵 2 hours of expert coaching from qualified MIAS coaches
👥 Maximum of just 9 riders for plenty of individual coaching
🎯 More technical challenges such as rock gardens and jump progression
🎮 Fun challenges, games and lots of time on the bike
📈 Coaching tailored to each rider's ability to help them progress
Suitable for: Riders typically aged 10-12 who have been riding for a year or two and have experience riding off-road. Age is a guide rather than a fixed requirement - contact us if you are unsure.
Please bring: A well maintained mountain bike, helmet, gloves, suitable clothing, a drink and a snack.

Well-maintained mountain bike, helmet (compulsory), Weather-appropriate clothing, gloves (full finger recommended) & a small backpack with a drink and snack or packed lunch if staying all day

MIAS qualified coach, first aid outdoors, DBS checked coaches, assistant as required, basic bike tools
