Day 1> Let the Science Begin!
Viral Viruses! – We start the week by washing our hands! We learn why hand hygiene is so important and investigate some gruesome germs.
Knock Down Wrestler! – Discover relative stability between balancing and hanging objects. Make your own “unknockdownable” toy!
Muscles! – Discover the types of muscles there are in our body. Make your own model of the muscles!
The Fun Zone! – We end the day with a re-cap session with quizzes and challenges designed to reinforce the day’s learning.
Day 2> Floating Friction Fun!
Friction Sprinter! – Discover Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion as our scientists use friction and forces for experiments!
Strong Boats! – Buoyancy – Create a boat and compete for the ‘Strongest Boat’!
Super Slime! – Is it a solid or a liquid, or something else entirely?
Football! – Discover some of the history of football as our scientists will conduct a football game!
