We are a children's provision/group delivering sessions based around physical literacy and all the good it can encourage with early years development. Throughout our lesson plan we cover a number of areas such technique time which focuses on milestone development and parent advice on how to support their little ones development stage. We incorporate an 'Agility Station' to help little ones become more active and expose them to fundamental skills such as rolling, kicking, throwing etc. Additionally we have sensory stimulation, music and song, and unstructured play time with all our specialised equipment.
