Our Senior Plus General class is designed for older dancers who want to continue developing their technique, performance skills and confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment. Classes explore a variety of dance styles while improving strength, flexibility and artistry. Whether dancing for fun, fitness or future, everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential.
