About Advanced Cardio Tennis

A modern twist on traditional Cardio tennis - more tennis and less focus on the cardio. These adult sessions are for advanced players and focus on fun, friendly drills, with an element of cardio to give you the morning wake up you need.
Sessions are coach led and are a mixture of drills, cardio and friendly competitive atmosphere. If you've tried Cardio Tennis before, and it wasn't for you, come along and give it a trial - its the perfect way to start your weekend.
BOOKINGS WILL CLOSE 36 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION.
