Played tennis previously, but perhaps a bit "Rusty"?! This session is the perfect way to get back into tennis in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
These sessions are designed for adults who have played before but feel a little out of practice. These sessions focus on rebuilding confidence, improving consistency and rediscovering your love for the game.
Sessions are coach led, but there is no pressure, just play for fun, development at your own pace revisiting basic strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, volley) through fun drills and social play.
BOOKINGS WILL CLOSE 36 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION.
