Welcome to our parent and baby swim class, designed for babies up to 6 months. This is your chance to spend quality time together in the water, bonding while your little one discovers the joy of swimming. In a relaxed atmosphere, you'll help your baby develop their coordination and balance, strengthen their muscles, and build their confidence in the water. Come along and make a splash together!

What you need to bring
Swimwear for you and baby and swim nappies (it is always good to have a spare - just in case!) Towels for you and baby (plus a spare to wrap baby in when they come out the pool). £1 for lockers
