About Sunday - Little Dancers Ballet/Modern

Our Little Dancers programme for children aged 5–6 offers the perfect introduction to dance, combining Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet and ISTD Modern Theatre in one fun, engaging 60-minute class.
Ballet sits at the heart of every lesson, helping children develop beautiful posture, coordination, musicality and strong technical foundations. Modern complements these skills through energetic jazz-inspired movement, encouraging confidence, creativity, expression and performance while building strength and flexibility.
Every class is thoughtfully planned to nurture far more than dance technique. Through imaginative activities and age-appropriate challenges, children develop confidence, independence, resilience, listening skills and lasting friendships in a warm, supportive environment where every child is known and encouraged to thrive.
Throughout the year, dancers perform in our annual shows and, when ready, work towards internationally recognised RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern awards and exa
