About Autumn'26 Intermediate 7-11's Recreational (2 hours)

Intermediate: aged 7 - 11 years
Each class is divided into different ability groups so children with novice to more advanced skills are well catered for.
For this age group we set challenges that require more focus, drive and daring on the part of the children. We make use of Bars, Beam, Trampettes/trampoline, Vault, Floor and Air-tracks.
Children work towards doing skills independently such as Headspring and Handspring, Bridge Kick Overs & Walkovers, Straddle Over & Squat Through vaults and Front/ Back drops on the trampoline.

What you need to bring
We do encourage our gymnasts to bring some drinking water in a reusable bottle (named) with them as it is important for the children to keep hydrated. Food is strictly forbidden inside the gym
