Display Gymnastics 🤸♀️✨
A fun and exciting class where gymnasts learn routines, formations and choreography to perform as part of a group. Routines feature a variety of balances, gymnastics skills, tumbles and dynamic movements, helping gymnasts develop strength, coordination, confidence and performance skills.
Our gymnasts have the opportunity to perform at events across the UK, with some gymnasts also travelling internationally to take part in events in Switzerland, Finland, Holland and Ireland.
Perfect for gymnasts who love performing, being creative, travelling and being part of a team while having fun with friends! 💙

What you need to bring
Please wear shorts and leotard to class. Hair should be tied back and no jewellery worn. Gymnasts will need to bring a non-fizzy drink and a piece of fruit for breaktime.
