A fun and exciting class for gymnasts who love performing! Gymnasts will learn fun routines featuring balances, gymnastics skills, tumbles and dynamic movements, while developing their strength, coordination, confidence and teamwork.
The class gives gymnasts the opportunity to perform together at exciting displays and events across the UK, with the chance to be part of memorable experiences and make new friends along the way.

What you need to bring
Please wear shorts and leotard to class. Hair should be tied back and no jewellery worn. Gymnasts will need to bring a non-fizzy drink and a piece of fruit for breaktime.
