About June- Malvern Wells Funics - fun with phonics

At Funics, we prepare ears, voices, and fingers for reading and writing through fun, interactive classes for children aged 2.5 years up to school age. Led by qualified teachers, our sessions aim to share the joy of language in creative, energetic, and accessible ways for both carers and children.
Each week, we focus on a new story and explore a sound or language skill through action songs, rhymes, creative activities, and play. These activities help develop the listening and speaking skills essential for early language development.
Our vision is that every child grows to love stories and learning at their own pace, with their grown-ups understanding the learning process without pressure. By introducing phonics, nurturing gross and fine motor skills, and encouraging lots of talking, we support children's natural growth while fostering a love for language and literacy
