About One Day Half Term Aerial Workshop
7 - 16yrs
6 hour workshops in Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Sling and Static Trapeze! Come learn to fly with us and perform tricks and moves that you didn’t know were possible! Flyers will learn tricks and moves on all the equipment, all the time developing their strength, co-ordination and agility! They work in small groups with an experienced teacher so that everyone is challenged at their level. We rig everything according to the group and ability so children will learn moves close to the floor before taking those moves to the air as they increase in confidence and ability. We encourage children of all levels to come and join us and release their inner circus!

What you need to bring
Please wear a shirt that covers the armpits and bottoms that cover the knees, no crop tops please! Please bring water, lunch and snacks. No zips, studs, sequins and leave jewelry at home.
