<p>This is a coach led preschool gymnastics class for children 4 -5 1/2 years old. This class is for complete beginners and able preschoolers. We are trying to bridge the gap between the existing Pre-school class 3-4yrs) and the recreational classes which start from 5 years.</p><p>This class promises to be stimulating and lots of fun. We will work on balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and all the gymnastics shapes. We help prepare children for transition into the rec class where parents no longer watch.</p>
