<p>This is a Recreational gymnastics class for children 5-13 years old. This class is for complete beginners and improvers Children will use all Artistic gymnastics equiment including vault, bars, beam, floor, Air track and trampette.</p><p>This class promises to be stimulating and lots of fun. We will work on balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and conditioning. There is no viewing in this class except for the last session of the full term. Parents will be advised nearer the time</p>
