Hertford | Acro Progressive (Skill Level Dependent)
Our Acro Progressive class is designed for dancers who have mastered the foundations of Acro and are ready to develop more advanced skills. Entry is skill-based, with students expected to have a confident cartwheel and bridge before joining. AcroDance combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the creativity of dance, with training across the five key divisions of Acro: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Dancers will continue to build confidence, control and technique in a supportive environment as they progress safely through more challenging skills.
