Two hours of jazz training a week for children aged 8 to 11, in East Village, Stratford.The first hour is jazz: choreography, performance, and the routines they'll take to the show. The second is technique and conditioning — strength, flexibility, alignment, turns and jumps broken down properly, and the physical foundation that prevents injury as the work gets harder.That second hour is the difference between a child who can copy a routine and one who can actually dance.
