About Preparatory Ballet & Tap

Our Preparatory Ballet & Tap class is perfect for children aged 4-5 years.
In this class, students begin learning the foundations of both ballet and tap in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment. We follow the IDTA syllabus, helping children develop coordination, musicality, technique, and confidence while still keeping lessons engaging and age-appropriate.
As they progress, children will work towards taking their very first dance exams with us - a wonderful milestone that builds confidence and a sense of achievement. Our experienced teachers support every child at their own pace, ensuring they feel happy, motivated, and proud of their progress.
This class is a great bridge between our Melody Bear programme and graded dance classes, setting strong foundations for future training!
