About Mini Troupe
4 - 7yrs
Our Mini Troupe class is an invite-only programme designed for young dancers aged 4–7 years who have demonstrated outstanding potential, commitment and enthusiasm within their regular classes.
This class is for dancers selected to join the Danceforce Competition Team, where they will receive more focused training to help develop their technique, performance quality and confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Throughout the year, dancers will work on:
Competition troupe routines
Solo and duet/trio performance skills (where appropriate)
Technical development
Musicality, artistry and stage presence
Building confidence and teamwork
Eligibility
To be a member of Mini Troupe, dancers must also attend Ballet, Tap and Modern classes, as these styles provide the essential technical foundation needed for competition work.
