<p>Our Junior Stretch &amp; Conditioning class is designed for children aged 5-11yrs and focuses on developing the strength and flexibility needed to support all styles of dance. Dancers will work on balance, core stability, coordination, posture and safe stretching techniques through fun and engaging exercises. This class helps improve overall technique, control and confidence whilst building strong foundations for progress in dance, across and performance skills. </p>
