About Grade 2 Tap
9 - 12yrs
Our Grade 2 Tap class is perfect for children aged approx 9-12yrs who want to develop their tap technique, rhythm and performance skills in a fun and encouraging environment.
Students build on their tap technique, timing, coordination, musicality and travelling combinations, while building confidence and performance quality each week. Classes are energetic and engaging, helping children improve technique while enjoying dancing.
We follow the IDTA syllabus and students may work towards dance exams when they are ready, giving them goals to work towards and helping them progress through the grades.
Children are supported to develop at their own pace in a positive class atmosphere whilst making friends and growing in confidence.
