About Beginners Acro
4 - 9yrs
Our Beginner Acro class is perfect for children aged 4-9 years who are new to acro or building their foundation skills. In a fun, supportive and structured environment, students will learn key acronyms basics including cartwheels, forward rolls, bridges and handstands.
Alongside skills, we focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination and body control - essential for safe and confident progression in acro.
All children are continually assessed within class to ensure they are placed in the correct level for their ability and progress at a pace that suits them. This helps every child feel confident, challenged and successful in their learning.
A fantastic class for building confidence, strength and foundational acro technique!
