About 🌼 2 Hour Baby/Child First Aid Class in SW12

This is a public venue paediatric first aid class which lasts for approx 2 hours and is held in one of our local venues across SW/SE London. This 2 hour class is perfect for anyone who is expecting a baby, or already has a baby or child and wants to learn some basic first aid skills without being overwhelmed with technical information. The session empowers parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles/babysitters and carers and gives you the confidence to act fast in an emergency. The class covers: Dealing with an unconscious casualty Recovery positions CPR Febrile seizures Head injuries Meningitis awareness Choking Anaphylaxis Broken bones Bleeding Shock Burns Poisons You can practice as you learn and a certificate is available upon request.
This is an informal and friendly class and we cover babies under 1 and children from 1 to 18 years old. We even cover adults too when talking about recovery positions, CPR & Choking. You will get the chance to practice as you learn with our manikins.
