Welcome to ComputerXplorers at Grange Park Prep School. We meet every week in term time. Children learn coding, robotics and digital creation through fun, hands on projects and using Scratch, Minecraft Education and Roblox Studio etc.
ComputerXplorers is for Years 1 to 2.
Each week children explore new ways to use technology creatively while building confidence, communication and problem solving skills.
Activities include
• Programming and driving robots with Edison, Sphero Mini and Botley
• Building games and worlds in Minecraft and Roblox
• Creating digital art, stories and animations
• Team challenges that build teamwork and resilience

What you need to bring
Water bottle, nut free snack, any medication with care plan, named pickup contact. No devices required. Please label coats and bottles.
What we provide
Laptops or tablets, Edison robots, Sphero Mini, Botley, etc. Software and activity materials, chargers, DBS checked instructors, first aid kit.
